About Me

I’m Dr. Chloe Yee (she/her), a licensed naturopathic doctor in BC with a passion for helping people feel steady, resilient, and empowered in their health. My approach blends clinical precision with a warm, supportive style, focusing on the mind-body connection, root-cause medicine, and gentle, sustainable lifestyle care that works for you and right now.

Looking healthy and feeling healthy aren’t always the same thing, and my goal is to help bridge that gap.

Thoughtful, evidence-informed holistic care for every season of life

My Approach

I enjoy working with individuals who are ready to go against the grain (gluten free or not) whether out of curiosity, frustration, or a desire to feel like themselves again.

Naturopathic medicine is most effective when we respect how adaptive the body already is. I practice with three guiding principles:

1. Regulation before optimization
I support sleep, stress response, digestion, and nervous system tone before pushing change.

2. Foundations before intensives
Nutrition, lifestyle, and gentle therapeutics form the base. IVs, injections, and advanced modalities are layered thoughtfully.

3. Precision over excess
More is not always better. I use what is indicated, reassess regularly, and adjust as your body responds.

This is collaborative care. Your feedback matters, and your plan evolves with you.

Who I Work With

I see patients across all stages of life, with a special interest in:

  • Patients who want to optimize energy, mood, hormones, digestion, and immune resilience

  • New and expecting parents

  • Individuals feeling depleted, dysregulated, or “off” after a major life transition

  • People who value personalized, data-informed care over one-size-fits-all protocols

You do not need to be “sick enough” to work with a naturopathic doctor. Many patients come to me because they want to rebuild capacity, not just manage symptoms.

Fun Facts

  • I’m lactose intolerant but boy, do I love a cheesy pun!
